1. A unique Login ID and Login Password
   The Login ID and Login Password are online access to your BOOM account. You should create a secure and strong password.
2. Login with Two-factor Authentication (2FA)
   2FA delivers an extra layer of protection for your trading account from the risk of unauthorized access.
3. Encryption
   We use up to 256-bit encryption to enable you logging on to BOOM securely. The information you entered is encrypted before it leaves your computer such that no one else can read it.
4. Automatic session timeouts
   Our system will automatically log you off if you forget to log off or your computer remains inactive for a period of time during a session. You will need to login again using your Login ID and Login Password if you wish to access the service.
5. Automatic lock-outs
   Your online access will be automatically disabled after several attempts with incorrect Login Password. You must contact BOOM directly to resume your online account and trading services.
6. Offline handling of personal information
   Your personal information such as your date of birth, email address and bank details are kept off-line in a separate and non-accessible proprietary computer.

Online Securities Awareness

1. No sharing of login credentials.
2. Installation of anti-virus and anti-malware solutions on end-user devices used for internet trading purpose.
3. Never use suspicious WiFi connections for internet trading purpose.
4. Proper installation and updates of the mobile trading apps and operation system of mobile devices.
5. Refraining from "jail-breaking" or "rooting" the mobile platforms.
